Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
This policy outlines the conditions under which customers can request a return, exchange, or refund for purchases made through House of Aerawat.
1. Exchange Window
We offer exchanges within 15 days from the date of delivery. If you wish to exchange a product, the request must be initiated within this time frame. After 15 days, we will unfortunately not be able to process any exchange requests.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
- It should be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, certificates, and invoices that came with the product.
- Any missing components may result in rejection of the request.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their custom or personalised nature:
- Customised or personalised jewellery or handicrafts
- Repair or alteration orders
- Items purchased during special clearance or final sale (if applicable)
These orders are made specifically for you and therefore cannot be reversed.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are only initiated after our quality inspection team verifies the returned product.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within the standard bank processing time.
- Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the item fails quality inspection (damage, signs of use, missing components), the refund may be declined and the product will be returned to you.
5. Damage or Defect Claims
For any damage or defect claims, it is mandatory to provide an unboxing video as proof. The video should clearly show:
- The sealed package
- The complete unboxing process
- The damage or defect in the product
Claims without clear unboxing evidence may not be processed.
6. Warranty
Products sold by House of Aerawat come with no additional warranty unless otherwise specified. Natural variations in stones, crystals, wood, or handcrafted items are not considered defects.
